Dilan Perera
AROLI is founded and led by Dilan Perera, a senior executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across banking, insurance, energy and education. The first appointed Chief AI Officer in the Australian education sector, he currently leads enterprise AI transformation at Bendigo Kangan Institute.
Dilan specialises in scaling human-centred AI, designing AI-enabled operating models and embedding AI as a strategic organisational capability that delivers sustainable impact.
He also contributes to several state and national AI advisory groups and is regularly invited to share his expertise at executive and industry forums, helping advance AI capability, adoption and policy development.
Through AROLI, Dilan brings this experience directly into client organisations, providing the executive AI leadership and capacity to translate ambition into measurable value.
